Palestinian Youth Union held in its headquarters in Ramallah on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, the first preparatory meeting for the implementation of the municipals development project in the north and east of Jerusalem (Area C), particularly Biddu and Hizma. The meeting was attended by General Director Muharram Barghouthi, Programs Director Jamil Daraghmeh, Project Manager Hadeel Rabee, Biddu Municipality Mayor Salem Abu Eid & Financial Director Khalil Badwan, Hizma Municipality Mayor Samar Daifallah.
Muharram Barghouti welcomed the attendees, and emphasis the role of Palestinian Youth Union in contributing and developing the local community by targeting new municipalities in order to support them logistically and provide them with all needed services to be an effective tool in serving the community.
Mr. Jameel Daraghmeh, programs director gave a detailed explanation about the project to be implemented for the two municipalities, and Ms. Hadeel Rabie, project manager explained that the project will be implemented within a time frame and financial plan in conjunction with the start of the preparation and procedures.
All the attendees will cooperate for project implementation success.
